What We Cook
Every menu is written for the people sitting down to it. Val cooks authentic Italian as her speciality, and between the two of us the table can go anywhere — island plates, surf and turf, whole fish, or a night that has nothing to do with any of it.
Authentic Italian is the speciality. The rest of the table travels.

Nothing here is a fixed package. Each one starts with a conversation about your table.

Dinner in the home you are staying in — your kitchen, your table, your evening. We build the menu with you, cook it there, and leave the kitchen the way we found it.

Weddings, celebrations and events, catered and cooked on site. Parties have run up to 100 guests, and the menu is built around the occasion rather than a fixed package.

For families and groups taking a house for the week: your chefs for the whole stay. Meals planned with you, shopped for, cooked, and cleaned up after.
The Chefs
Val is Italian, and has called Maui home since 2012. John was cooking professionally long before the two of them met. They are husband and wife, and they cook together — one kitchen, two chefs, and a table that gets the benefit of both.
That is the whole idea behind the service. You are not handed a caterer's menu and a schedule. You tell us who is coming, what the night is for, and what nobody can eat, and we cook it in front of you.
